Carols by Candlelight
Sunday 22nd December 2019 - 6.30pm
The beautiful story of the birth of Jesus told in Bible readings and Carols. Well done to everyone involved but especially the choir and David our organist who put so much effort into producing this every year. Fantastic that 200 people joined us this year to share our celebrations.
Knitting B Christmas Outing December 2019
The ladies from the Knitting B, Christmas outing 2019. Meetings will resume on Thursday 9th January 2019 10.30am Memorial Room.
Christmas Carol Choir December 2019
Our Christmas Carol Choir made up of choir members and congregation sang to residents at 5 different homes Clonmore, The Glebe, Dunanney, Children's Hospice and 2 performances at Glenabbey. It's delightful to see the joy of joining in with a well known Carol or Christmas song.
Shoe boxes for the Ukraine December 2019
Church Girls were at Blythswood Centre in Ballyclare on their Brigade night packing shoeboxes for children in the Ukraine. Girls aged 3/4 years and boys aged 7/8 years will get a box of essentials for Christmas. Altogether our girls sorted 230 boxes. Well done girls :)

Remembrance Service 10th November 2019
At our 11am service we had the Act of Remembrance which the Brigades took part in. Michael McCurrie read out the names of those who lost their lives in the 2 World Wars and Mike Barefield read a poem. John Beck laid the wreath this year and 158 people at the service altogether!

At our Family Service on Sunday 15th September we were thinking about how Jesus said he was the vine and we are the branches and how we need to stay connected to him in order to bear fruit. During the service members of the congregation tied ribbon to a long rope to signify their desire to remain in the vine.

On Saturday 9th March 19 members of Carnmoney Parish Church completed a level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate. They were delighted to find out that all passed and the certificates were presented in church on Sunday 7th April. The church is now looking forward to many sumptuous feasts beginning with our summer barbecue on Saturday 22nd June 2019
